November 3rd is Election Day
 

But you can VOTE EARLY at the Elections Office in McConnellsburg starting October 19th (ends Tuesday October 27th)

This is because Pennsylvania's mail-in voting law allows you to request a mail-type ballot at the Elections office, mark the ballot, and turn it in all in one visit.

If you can vote early, then we encourage you to do that and bank your vote.  Print and fill out this form to reduce your time in the Elections Office.

Voting by Mail

It is crucial that we elect Stacy Garrity/Jason Richey as Governor/Lieutenant Governor as well as re-elect Representative John Joyce, Senator Judy Ward, and Representative Jesse Topper.  Please vote by mail if you are at all uncertain about voting at your polling place on Election Day.  We believe that our Board of Elections and Elections Office staff are trustworthy and so you can be confident in voting by mail.  And if you're concerned about mailing your ballot back, you can drop it off at the Elections Office in-person (the voter must return their own ballot).

2025 is the Year We Transform our State Courts!!!

In Pennsylvania, after first being elected, state-level judges stand for retention every 10 years, meaning that voters mark their ballot Yes or No to retain the judge.  The November 4th ballot will include five state judicial retention races.  ALL FIVE of these candidates were first elected as Democrats:  three Supreme Court judges, one Superior Court judge, and one Commonwealth Court judge.  In addition to electing Maria Battista and Matt Wolford, help us transform our courts by voting NO on retention of each of these five sitting judges.
